Really need help unrooting

Hey guys, need some help.

I rooted my phone back in September and I may sell it so I'm trying to unroot. I did unrevoked3, and I have S-On. Other than that I haven't changed anything but I'm running Virtuous v3.1.0.

I'm trying to follow this guide but my phone won't recognize the PB31IMG file, even though it's on the root of my SD card. My card is formatted for FAT32 as well.

I'm trying the second option, I get "RUU_Incredible_C_Froyo_VERIZON_WWE_3.26.605.1 _Rad io_2.15.00.07.28_2k4k_NV_1.70_PRL58006_release_152 016_signed.exe is not a valid Win32 application.

I'm on a mac and i'm attempting to do this on my mom's dell and have been for awhile, just no luck. help?
