I don't know where you're from and I doubt that this site covers a very large area, but here in Michigan surovell.com gets the job done pretty well. Of course tying into the Droid's built-in gps system would be even better.

WE are living in Virginia and moving to the Easy Valley area of Arizona.

Realtor is a pretty good app. It says the listings are updated every 15 minutes. This may be true for new listings, but not for closed or cancelled listings.

We also use Zillow and Trulia.
