Re-enabling Smart Actions app

I recently received the ice cream sandwich upgrade on my motorola droid bionic and downloaded with no problem. While experimenting with power savers, I disabled Smart Actions and now cannot find it. When I try to enable from Play Store I receive error message that Play Store is closed.

How do I find and enable the app. It does not show anywhere I check.
