RAZR Maxx owners. R u still as happy a I am?

I'll tell ya, there has yet to come along a phone that makes me want to give up my Maxx.

The battery is the main attraction of course, but the rest of the phone does most everything well also.

I am fortunately just as thrilled today as I was the day I got it, some many many months ago.. How about you?

4 months as a owner and still very happy.

I thought a bigger screen would be nicer but...... I tried it and my thumb wouldn't reach the top left corner of them. This size is just perfect on the Maxx. I checked out the galaxy note 2 I believe it's called @ ATT & it's ridiculous. You need 2 hands at all times and that's simply not convenient I don't think.

I got a Galaxy S3 and hated many things about it - primarily battery life and reception. Went back to my MAXX and now a very happy camper! Rooted, Stock, Google syncs everything. Very happy!

I dislike it because of how long it takes to complete a simple task. It is also very laggy and at times and when I'm typing I hit the screen to type and it delays the words from actually appearing for a few seconds. Another thing is the storage partitioning on the internal memory, since I am in a low coverage area when I use Google play music I store a lot of my music on my phone but it's filled up quickly because of 5gbs only for apps. This phone also gets extremely hot when I'm gaming or using the internet a lot in a low coverage area. I would much rather have the Galaxy S3 or Note II but unfortunately I can't afford either At the moment.

Still Loving my Maxx. Had it since February. Great battery life, awesome 4G (in my area), its as fast as I need it to be and always reliable. I'm just hoping Verizon and motorola continue to support updates for a while.

Still very satisified with the Maxx. I've had it since Feb. and I have an upgrade available now, but there is nothing at all out there that even tempts me to change. S3 has bad battery life compared to the Maxx...oh yeah, big surprise, so does every other phone. Manufacturers should pay attention to the main attraction for the Maxx. S3 also has for me significant reception problems as I compare reception with a friend who has the S3. Maxx HD isn't much of an upgrade IMHO...at least not enough to make me spend the extra dough. HTC DNA looks cool, but still a battery issue. Me and Maxx are friends for a while yet.

Oh yes the radio on this phone is fantastic. I'm in what would be considered a fringe area I guess, 2 bars on 4G, but it still cruises along as if I was standing in town with full signal. YouTube never misses a beat even within such a low signal area.

I really like mine also. I haven't really seen any new phones that are a must have. I'm probably gonna keep it for a while because when I do get something else I will be paying full price or buying it used so I don't lose my unlimited data. Also I work on the north end of a island and the phone reception is nonexistent in the area but this phone gets a awesome signal and it never drops calls. I can honestly say it's the best phone I've ever owned.

ICS killed it for me. I was happy. Now I'm just slightly satisfied. The amazing battery life is what's keeping me to this phone. Sometimes I'll work over 14 hours a day and having my phone stay alive the entire time is fantastic.

+1. I have JB on my Nexus 7 and want it on my Maxx. ICS is sluggish. Been thinking about a Nexus 4 and switch to T-Mo.

How do you get JB on it? Is it stable?

Well, I may have spoken too soon. I haven't found anything quite stable enough for my comfort. I'll post back if I find something.
