RAZR Maxx HD dropping calls/weak signal

I this phone about 2 weeks ago and have noticed a loss in cell service as compared to my old Droid X. I talked to Verizon and changed some settings. One being from Global to LTE/CDMA network. That didn't change anything. My wife has the exact same phone and side by side comparison, her 1x is a -79 and mine is a -102. Verizon said it also could be the sim card.
Anybody had any issues with this?

FYI... I had the sim card replaced and as I expected, no difference. I uninstalled all possible apps with no changes in signal strength. Ended up exchanging for a brand new phone. All is well now.
