Razr MAXX and Bluetooth question

My car (2011 Infiniti G37x) will play music and do the nav's voice guidance through bluetooth but does anyone know if there is a way to have the nav's voice guidance play on the phone (while still playing music)? When both are playing, the voice guidance seems to interfere with the music.
