razr lock screen

When my screen is locked I can't seem to get a signal at all and that makes a it hard to listen to my iheart radio app any suggestions?

When its locked is it engaging a battery saver?? That would kill background data sync.. and terminate the link.

Yes I have juice defender installed do you think that is why and should I get rid of it? And thank you for the fast reply.

Yep that was the problem I removed juice defender and now it works thank you for your help.
