Random Reboots into a Boot Loop

Hello, I am a new user and joined to ask this question. I will try to give as much detail as possible.
First off I have the new Droid 4 on the stock rom and I am rooted. This problem just started about a week ago and what happens is that the phone will be on when all of a sudden it will reboot and when it reboots it tells me that the process 'system' has stopped responding, and choosing either Force Close or Wait seems to cause it to reboot again no matter what and the only way to stop it is to simulate a battery pull by holding both the power button and the volume down button untill it shuts off. At first it would only do it about once or twice a day, but now it has started doing it about once every hour or two, which is quite annoying. I have tried looking at the log right before it restarts again and the only thing that I can find that happens right before it restarts is that some process named WatchDog_N (I believe) fails to stack TID (and then some number here, but I don't know what that number is). I have looked at other forums to see if there are any good solutions but most just suggest to either wipe the cache / delvik cache (Not sure what that is) but that doesn't seem to work for them (so I have not tried it), or to flash the stock rom, which I don't mind doing if it's the only option left. Thanks in advance for your help.
