Random contact in "favorites" list.

I was looking through my "favorites" in my phone and saw that I had a contact listed there who I haven't talked to in YEARS. Everyone else listed were contacts I remembered talking to even if it was 2-3 months ago. None of the contacts on my favorites list are "star"-ed (as in, I didn't add anyone myself manually. It just automatically lists people).

So I'm wondering has anyone else had this happen? If a contact shows up on there does it mean that I HAD to have some contact with them recently? (As in maybe an accidental dial, etc).
