Quick text usage

Greetings all,

Does anyone know how to insert a quick text into a message or perhaps lock the message to resend without retyping ?

I have found a way that works great for me. Press and hold the message, then select "lock message"..to resend select the copy message option, then press and hold the compose window, select the paste message option.
