Quick question about video streaming

I'm a huge laker fan and one of the websites I visit to watch highlights is LakersMedia.com, also I stream live games on Justin.tv - Streaming live video broadcasts for everyone

Can any of you help me out with this? I havent been able to get one of the streams to work, for example

Playoffs: Lakers -at- Suns - 5/29 - HD Highlights | Flash | JD2K Lakers Video Highlights

Also, any video from Justin.TV website (a streaming website)

Is the Incredible able to stream these videos, is there something I need to do to enable my phone to view the stream? Thanks in advance

No, these sites are flash-based, so you're SOL until Froyo happens on the Droid.
