We thought it would be fun to do a flash poll to gauge your opinion on the current flagship devices about to hit their pre-order phase. We want to know which phone you would choose right now if you were in the position to get one: the Samsung Galaxy S6, the Galaxy S6 Edge or the HTC One M9.

Even if you don't plan on actually picking up any of these at all in the near (or distant) future, please let us know which one you would choose of these three, if for some reason you had to. Also, feel free to justify why you made the choice in the thread after voting in the poll (including if you actually don't plan on getting any of them).

I have to go with the Edge. Personally, I feel it's the best available at this time.

No Samdung phones.
After the locking down of the bootloader of the GS4 with no warning and forcing Knox Pox upon the masses.
I'll forever pass on Samdung.

M9. I had an M8 before it went for a swim without a life preserver. As a person who likes to unlock my phone and root/rom it, I will likely never buy another Samsung phone until they stop their nonsense and let people unlock them who choose to do so.

As much as the emerald green Samsung looks great, HTC M9 with their Uh Oh program seems to be worth it. I'm upgrading from a HTC M8. In a large part, its because of Verizon's Edge plan and while the upgrade doesn't seem to be the biggest deal, I just can't wait to ditch the artic sliver.

Keeping my fingers crossed that the S6 Active will be coming to Verizon later in the year. That would be my vote.

I'm joining the future "M9 Owners Club of America" though I have to say I'm pretty happy with the 4MP ultra-pixel camera on my M7 -- not too excited about early reports on the M9's camera, but we'll see. I'm not biting until probably late summer so no rush.

As many times as I have seen problems solved by a battery pull I will choose none of the above.

Definitely not going to argue with this, but I will say: the three phones I've owned are (1) the OG Droid, (2) the Droid 3, and (3) now the HTC One M7. By way of being the boss of the family I've also managed a Droid Eris and a Samsung Stratosphere. On ALL OF THE PHONES except for the M7 weekly lock-ups were pretty much a given. In almost 2 years, the M7 has...maybe twice...needed a long, firm squeeze on the power button to restart, which fixed everything. I bought that phone gritting my teeth at the prospect of a closed case, and haven't regretted it once. I wonder if the battery pull is maybe a 1st/2nd gen phone kinda thing.

EDIT: Ooops, forgot to mention...we also currently have two Moto X's and one Moto G (LTE). Closed case on the first two, open on the third. And with all three, pretty much no need to do a hard reset.

I have had to do a battery pull on my LG Optimus once on account of overheating, (seemed to be a runaway battery) and that fixed it. That was a year ago. Once is/was enough

I'm waiting to see what the LG G4 has to offer. I really liked its predecessor and the M9 might have heating/throttling issues while the S6 is locked down tight and no SD slot. Both don't have removable batteries. That said, I have admit the Edge looks pretty slick.

I had the G3. Awesome phone but LG seems to be slow with updates. At least in this part of the world. Other than that, never had an issue.
I'm sure the G4 will be up there with the S6 and M9. Tough choices these days.
