Quick Go SMS Question

Long story short my son has used go on his Droid. He is using a Devour now until our contract can renew. when he receives a text it just shows the number as opposed to the contact name. I am guessing a setting somewhere corrects this but I can't find it. And yes, the texts are from people in his contact list. Thanks!
