Quick Command Error

Has anyone with the Note 2 had issues with the quick command not working? I've tried everything and it still doesn't work.

I did get it to partially work by deleting my Google account but once you reinstall Google, it doesn't work at all.

Please help if you have figured this out

Quick command error? Can you elaborate a little more on what happens?

Nine of the pre-installed short cuts work. For example if I draw a question followed by whatever I ask, it freezes and does not work. Yet when I disable my Google account, quick command works just fine. But I loose all my contact information since I have no Google account.

I don't know that issue I'll definitely look it up and I'll get back to ya.

Cool. Everything I have found leads to the actual Google account.
