I've had it for a bit less than a day. So far I love the phone but am finding a few things that are a bit annoying.

Bing as the default search engine for the browser with no obvious way of changing it.

The Google News and Weather widget is not installed or available through the Market (Available at: http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=546629&d=1300558858)

The App drawer. I get the categories, but having them all in one long list and not being able to be in multiple categories makes getting to the app you want tiresome. I much prefer ADW Launcher's catalogs. I'll give this UI a few more days, but I expect to switch to ADW.

If these are the worst then I think I have a keeper.

Battery is down to 20% after 8h 3m of use.

53% is the display (2h 19m)
11% is Sensorly (it kept the phone awake for 40 minutes)
5% is Android OS (5m CPU)

Not exactly a complaint.

The diplay is bright. Outside in the sun it is comfortably readable at 25%, although if you want to watch a movie you would want it at full. Inside 10% is good for most uses. The auto-brightness seems to prefer to be at 100%. If that is the case this is an area where battery performance can be improved.
