Question for anyone who unrooted and updated to 2.1

I'm thinking about doing this tonight. I'm currently running simply stunning and it's amazing. My question is....would you recommend unrooting and getting 2.1 or do you regret doing that?

well if you go to the official 2.1 you cant root at the moment.
However pete put out a pre rooted 2.1 thats completly stock that you can use and will ensure you can still use all the programs that require root access.
But i would just wait until the modders put out a 2.1 version of there own.

Yes you do, I had to do that. I kinda regret unrooting but I'll just re-root once someone breaks it. I only root to customize my themes anyways.

I mostly regret unrooting. I don't care about ROMS or themes but I can't stand being without OC and tether.

Chalk me up in the "regret" column. I'm reading up on flashing sbf back to 2.0.1 so I can reroot and then update to Pete's 2.1 ora with root.

What disappoints me is the speed. I Mister overclockong. But in mky humble opine...if you don't overclock you'd probably be happy with the ota 2.1 without root.
