Question about Windows Media Player for Android?

I bought Tangled and it came with a digital copy and you have to do it through Windows Media Player and then transfer it to your portable device. It says it transfers but it will not play? Does anyone know of a Windows media player app that would make this compatible with my phone?

It should play, as long as the file extension is something supported by Android.
