Question about the Speech Recorder app in

8.4.

What on earth does it do or is it used for? Whatever it does, I have 5 "recordings" now, but I cannot find them. I did manage to install the workable recorder app, but the Speech Recorder has me stumped.

Me too. I could not figure the darn thing out to save the life of me.

If I remember this, I will be sure to ask cvpcs what's the deal, ok?

I noticed it, too.

What it seems like to me is a voice profile creation program. I've used such things with other voice recognition software. Basically you read a bunch of stuff into the program and it attempts to learn how to tend to speak so it can do Speech to Text better.

I'm not sure that's what it is, just what it seems like to me. As such its probably a google thing and not a Sapphire thing.
