Question about the new phones coming out. Plastic or metal?

Does anyone have any idea if the thunderbolt, bionic, revolution are made of the cheap feeling plastic or metal? i like a phone with a little bit of weight made of metal personally. i hate the phones that feel like a cheap toy!!!
