Question about Droid

Does anyone know why Go Launcher EX won't change the notification bar on the droid? Is it because of a code that blocks it or something? If this is in the wrong place please move Mods. I am new to this forum, so I'm still leaning what goes where.

Ya to change the notification bars requires root and a custom ROM. What phone are you on?
