so i need to take my phone in for sure and use the warranty to get a new droid. reason being the headphone jack sucks a fat one and anytime i slightly move any cable pluged into it the sounds cuts out and randomly generates a party shuffle thing.
i guess this is a two part question...when the droid 2 comes out, would that mean they would be discontinuing the first one? and if so, would my warranty give me a refurb droid or a droid 2? at any point in time could i use that to my advantage to get the droid 2?
