QI charging pad and back is it worth it?

You can get a qi receiver that attaches to the battery itself for around $12-$14 off ebay. I'm considering goin this route myself as it's much cheaper than what Samsung offers and does the same exact thing, plus I get to keep my custom battery cover on.

On my S3, I bought an insert from Amazon. Bought the LG pad and wall plug in from Verizon for $40. It's a matter of convenience. Now I don't mess with my Lifeproof case.

If you use Samsungs back cases will not fit properly in some cases not at all

Also, the add in sticker type cause the back cover to bulge and cases may not fit those either.

Thanks everyone. Yeah I use an incipio 2 piece case and I usually only use the rubber part so hopefully ittle work

If the case has a little "give" it will work but there will be a slight bump that is noticeable when you lay the phone flat on a table/desk/counter.

I bought one from Samsung a little bit ago when there was a 50% off code. I use an Otterbox Commuter and it still fits well using the thicker wireless charging back. It's really convenient to just put the phone on the charging pad w/out having to plug it in etc. IF another 50% off code comes available I'll probably buy another one for my office.

They work great. I bought two of them. One for the living room and one for the bedroom. Less wear and tear on the plug is a good thing. I had my Rezound for about two weeks before the plug got loose on the inside. They had to replace the phone. I have an extra receiver back so if anyone needs one, PM me your address and it's yours.
