"Processes" icon appeared on my phone's home window. No matching widget or app

Last night I noticed a "Processes" icon on the main window of my 2 year old Droid 2 Global. I hadn't put it there. Lookout says everything is OK. However, I had no app, Motorola widget, nor Android widget by that name. Rather than experiment, I dragged it to the wastebasket.

Anybody know what it was?
