Problem With Scripts

Hello everyone, I've searched extensively and I can't seem to find an answer to my question. Here goes.

Im trying to get gallery to switch from the 3d google gallery to the moto blur gallery. When I type gallery -mot into the terminal emulator it says

mount: Operation not permitted
failed on ' /system/app/Gallery3DGoogle.apk' - Read-only file system
failed on ' /system/app/mediaGallery.bak' - Read-only file system
mount: Opertion not permitted
Motorla Gallery Enabled

and nothing happens. I'm using Jack Palevich Android terminal Emulator from the Market place.

How do I fix this so I can use the blur gallery?

Problem solved!

I hadn't typed in su to get superuser permission.
