Problem with Samsung Galaxie

I just got a new Galaxie phone At&t is my service. The internet connection seems to work fine except for one PHPBB discussion forum that I visit. When I try to access this forum it comes up in jibberish or "code". If I make a wifi connection it works fine and my other phones worked fine without the wifi. I took the phone to At&t and the salespersons phone does the same thing but he wasn't interested in helping me with a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated-I am a user not in any way tech-literate. Thank-you
