actually I am learning japanese language, but my browser is not supported the japanese character, what should I do?

What browser are you using? Not all of them support multiple languages. Give Dolphin Browser a try. I am pretty sure it supports Japanese.

That's ironic. OP is asking how to get a browser with Japanese language support.
