problem: multiple contacts with multiple gmail account sync

I have this setup wrong and I've been searching for the answer to this common problem but not finding it in this forum.

I have 7 gmail accounts setup on my phone, all are set to sink everything.

my S4 contacts list has multiple duplicates, I have gone into gmail contact from my laptop and removed dupes in there but i still have 5 or 6 dupes for some contacts in my phone

Like i mentioned i have the 7 gmail accounts synced up (1 is my main google account with stored contacts and another is my facebook email)

also have facebook sync contacts in my accounts

also "Sync apps with Facebook" in my accounts as well

backup assistant plus sync contacts

How do i get rid of the duplicate contacts and keep my facebook contacts integrated with my main gmail account?

Do I turn off Sync for all of the gmail accounts except my main google account?

I believe the short answer is yes, however, you will still have to manually remove those dupes. They will just not come back again if you have syncing turned off. From your contacts you can press the menu button and choose contacts to display, that way you can narrow down each list and delete them accordingly.
