I am thinking about selling my Droid 2 and using about $630 to buy a Thunderbolt. My contract is up in January of Next year...Is there any way of getting a Thunderbolt for cheaper? I would like to keep my D2 as a ROM phone.

Not likely unless you add a line for$9.99/month and make that your Droid2 ROM phone, it will cost you $120 for a 1 yr contract but you will pay $319 for the phone on a 1 yr deal.

Only if there doing 1 year contracts, I keep hearing there only doing 2 year contracts for the TB, I hope that's false info...
