PRI Version

Does anyone know how to update the PRI version? Not to be confused with the PRL.

I have been trying to figure out how to manually add cities to the weather database because where we live in Rapid City, SD it doesn't stay located, the weather city is a smaller city about 50 miles from here. My friend has an incredible and the only difference is the PRI number and her's doesn't change locations. I was thinking this might be a last resort kind of thing to see.
