The nexus doesn't come preinstalled with a lot of "bloatware " from what I understand...

However, certain apps/items you may not want. You can freeze/delete any games or social networking you don't want. I froze email, as I use Kaiten or gmail. Youtube is fine to go, as are google movies. Music apps if you don't use those are "safe" as well. My tablet has a player that is awful. Backed it up,uninstalled, and added TuneWiki Pro as a system app.

"Books" are gone from phone, but are on tablet...

Hope some of this helps!

I have the following disabled, if it helps you any:
- Android Keyboard (I use SwiftKeyX)
- Android Live Wallpapers
- "Black Hole" Wallpaper
- "Bubbles" Wallpaper
- com.android.wallpaper.holospiral
- DRM Protected Content Storage (a good one to stop!)
- Email
- Exchange Services
- Face Unlock
- Google Search
- Google TTS Engine
- "gummy beam" Wallpaper
- "Magic Smoke" Wallpaper
- "Music Visualization" Wallpapers
- News & Weather
- "Phase Beam" Wallpaper
- Pico TTS
- Sound Recorder
- (Google) Talk
- Voice Dialer
- Voice Search

I am running rooted/unlocked with GummyJar Nexus 0.9.0 ROM which uses Apex Launcher and a different kernel (as well as running Android 4.0.3); that means that a lot of the stock apps don't show up for whatever reason.
I simply no longer have Google Maps, Books, etc? I don't know if that is a feature of the ROM, but it's odd...

Not really too many apps to disable, I think there were 2 verizon apps preloaded and I disabled one of them, but kept the My Verizon one.
