Preferred Network?? On Dinc2

I was wondering what this was for and which setting should it on. Out of the Global mode and Cdma Mode since they both give me 3g. Will one of them give me a better 3g experience please help me out.

No. But supposedly CDMA will improve battery life a little bit.
So only switch to GLOBAL if you ever need it.

In the setup literature it tells you to use CDMA in the US. The global is only for travel outside of the CDMA networks. While in global mode it searches for all signals which is why you have the battery savings in CDMA mode. The phone will only look for the CDMA signal in CDMA only mode.

When I'm on global and go into a subway tunnel sometimes it switches to Vodafone NL and I have to restart. I switch it to CDMA only, but it nags me until I switch back to global. :blink:

You can turn off the notification for switching networks. Its in the same area you turn CDMA on.
