Holy cow!! The ash wood back is friggin' BEAUTIFUL!!! Feels great too! First experience with the wood back and initial impression is - me like!

Quick initial impressions
- LOVE the build/weight/feel of the device (coming from the LG G4)
- Love the fact that it's practically the same size as the G4 yet has a bigger screen and front facing speakers!
- The wood back (charcoal ash) feels really nice! Not slippery at all!
- LOVE the fact the the charger has a cord of sufficient length! (guessing it's approximately 4' long, maybe slightly longer)

That's about all for now ... haven't even powered it on as I have to get back to class

FYI I took that pic at 12:10 and it's now 12:22 and it's at 75% ... not sure if 14% in 12 minutes with the screen off is anything special, but thought I'd share that tidbit of info

Might be getting ready to hit the purchase button. Stuck on whether I should get the 16GB or 32GB since I'll be putting in a 64 GB microsd card into the phone.

Thinking of getting the Black face with either the Royal Blue or Black back with the Metallic Royal Blue accent.

I ordered mine on Wednesday, but it still shows the status as Order Placed on the website. I have talked to their online reps twice now to make sure everything is kosher, and they have assured me the order is still good. Maybe the killer anticipation is just making the wait worse, but not seeing the status change for 2 days is a real bummer!

I must have ordered mine in the thick of others ordering or something.
