I get the urge to have it ASAP, but when you really think about it, just under a month is pretty good turnaround for a custom built phone, isn't it?The bamboo back, 32gb version I tried to pre-order had an Oct 1 ship date. Bummer. Maybe I'll have better luck with another configuration.

HahahaI just laughed out loud at work when I saw that & now my co workers are looking at me wondering what the heck I am doing. Thanks!

That's a good question. I haven't really worried about that since I had my Galaxy Nexus. Then, I used foxfi, but looking at the compatible devices list on their play store page, it says that "Verizon Motorola phones will only work on Android 4.3 or below." Since this isn't TECHNICALLY a vzw phone, not sure whether it'd work or not.Any idea on how we would wifi tether? I've never had a pure android phone.
How do you control it then? Ie, turn it off and on without an app?Unlocked device you can just add build prop edit to allow tethering..
Edit the build.prop by adding the line:
net.tethering.noprovisioning=true

Just turn on Hotspot through phone settings..How do you control it then? Ie, turn it off and on without an app?
Oh. Of course. Haha! Too used to using foxfi or the "hotspot" app in recent memory. Forgot that foxfi takes you right to that settings menu as part of its workaround. Doh!Just turn on Hotspot through phone settings..
