power save options??

Where did all the power options go in ics i cant find it anywhere

There is a power save option under: Settings/Display/Brightness/Display Power Save. Smart Actions offers standardized and custom power save options.

Ok thanks.. how about disabling 4g.. the option seems to be grayed out under network mode
