I was at the Georgia Tech football game Saturday with my Note 2 in an OB case and it was POURING the entire game. I checked my phone a few times throughout the game and it was working fine... Even the rest of the day. However, I woke up Sunday to the power button not working at all. From what I could tell, the phone wasn't wet when I took the case off so I don't know what happened. I put it in a bag of rice until this morning and still the same problem. Right now I'm using an (awful) iPhone 4 because I HATE not being able to shut the screen off.
Does anyone know of a fix for me? I'm not under warranty so that's out of the picture.
