Decisions

I am switching from AT&T to VZW in the a few days. I am torn on the phone I want to get, I like the idea of the physical keyboard on the Droid 2, but I was messing with my friends DX and I thought it was cool. Other than the screen size and keyboard, are there any other things that stick out to go with one or the other?
