PNG theme help

Okay, I need some help with .pngs I'm trying to replace in a theme. Does anybody know the name of the .pngs for the successfully installing an app from the market (the little check mark in the status bar) and the check mark for successfully downloading something? thanks a lot guys

Should be in your framework-res\res files. I'm going through all that right now.

Ok, found it. Open framework-res then open res then open drawable_hdpi.

Scroll down to stat_sys_download_anim0.png

stat_sys_download_anim0.png
stat_sys_download_anim1.png
stat_sys_download_anim2.png
stat_sys_download_anim3.png
stat_sys_download_anim4.png
stat_sys_download_anim5.png

Those are the ones you want to find.

Edit: Forgot to include this...

To open the framework-res.apk

change the .apk to .zip

press ok

then right click that and go to 7-zip then click Open Archive

7-zip will open it. Click on res, then click on drawable_hdpi then scroll down to those files.

Make sure this is done on the PC and your phone isn't connected to the PC. Don't know if that is necessary to do but I unplug it just in case.

The check mark PNG is in vending.Apk for successful install also.... the check mark on top of paper looking things, right?... lol

You mean the stat_sys_install_complete.png in multiple folders of the Vending.APK? Just noticed that now.

Well that's where the market stuff is and the install successful PNG but he seemed to be content with the download_anim's.... so I dunno....

It was both. I didn't realize they were two different things. Where can I get the vending .apk with the stock check mark instead of the yellow liberty check mark?

Ahhh, yep. I was just thinking about it before you mentioned those since "anim" would mean the check being in animation of installing and such. Got me thinking that there is more than 1 of these.

Yeah, Its annoying when im running a black, white, and grey look but I have a big yellow check mark.

Do you think you could tell the dev's that the frost theme in the toolbox has the yellow check mark? and it doesn't display some of the text properly in the status bar. They dont listen to me lol

I'm assuming the yellow checkmark (Liberty 1.5 ROM's theme layout) came from flashing the new Liberty 1.5 ROM and then you flashed the Frost Theme right after that?

I've seen some of those problems in their Liberty 1.5 ROM thread (in the sticky). It isn't suppose to do that. I've never had that problem. They did include instructions to fix that. As for your text problem, are you using the Text Editor from the Liberty Toolbox? I never use that option because it seems to screw up some text in different areas so I just use the normal text.

I would just post the issue on their Liberty 1.5 ROM thread on the sticky. I've only talked to Jrummy16 one time about an app issue.

The stock images should be in the stock rom.. the theme installer just has themes in an Apk format to apply w/o flashing... or dl any dx rom or whatever phone you have and the images are almost always stock in them...
