If you aren't trying to root it I would say your phone crashed. I've heard other reports of this same message after people have screwed up the rooting process. I would take it back to the store and get it replaced. Welcome to the forums and good luck!
Root is like opening something in a computer with administration level basically it lets you have full control of your device i guess you can compare it iPhones being jailbroken however if it can be fix, i do not know I'm sorry hopefully another member may lead you in the right direction
well they sold it tom be but the owner bought it a verizon but it now saying bootloader D0.11 battery low cant program but yesterday i just put it to charge but i was working fine until the volume up button started to go to the camara so i turn it of then when turning it on is said bootloader d0.11 battery ok ok to program connect to usb to program but when i connect the usb cable nothing happens
Sounds like you need to flash it to stock. I am mobile at the moment and will be all day. But head over to the droid 2 section and look for a current sbf file. And look for a guide to help you flash it. If you run into any problems we have a great rescue squad. Feel free to pm me if u need more assistance.
Yep, you need to do an SBF. As justin said above, head to the Droid 2 section and you can find walk-throughs of how to do so. The only issue that my come up is not knowing what version you're currently on.
