My phone has only been showing 1X all day and the connection to the internet is slow...This is the first time i have had a problem with this. Its usually always 3G and fast. Is there anything I can do or is this just a temp problem with service?

call *228 and option 2. that should help ya if the restart doesn't work.

dang bro, 1x isnt good...............your phone is ****ed............going to have to buy another one now....lol, j/k. just do as dez seyz. their 3g coverage & mobile hotspot suck.

usually i just switch over to airplane mode, then switch it off. restarts the services and usually fixes my problem. if not, restart the phone. if nothing still, *228 then hit 1.

You'd have to either take the troubleshooting steps above or call 611 to verify.
