Please help!

i was making a FB post the other night and after i hit the Post button the phone froze and the screen went black, so i waited a minute to see if the phone would respond but never did. i took the batter out a minute or 2, put it back in and this is all i get on the screen now. it wont let me make any other selection on the screen, please help!View attachment 71805

I supposed you have tried restarting with a long press of the power button? If you still get that screen, (it's a little fuzzy), I would pull the battery for at least 5 minutes.

i removed batt for over 5 mins and how long should i hold the power button for?

Until it restarts! That's the best I can do short of trying a factory reset.

on the picture you see above, it wont let me select anything or do anything from that screen! i even have to take out the battery to power it off!
