Do I need to uninstall safestrap to in stall goomanger. And what one is better.

While you don't have to I would certainly recommend it. As to which is better, well, that depends on what you plan to do with it. I typically prefer safe strap as you can multi boot different roms safely. Whats your ultimate goal?
