Please help...

Have a Motorola Atrix 2 running ICS. All of the sudden my downloads, pictures, videos, and music have disappeared. I have made no updates or setting changes. The only info I've got was when I tried to load a picture to Facebook, screen said the phone detects a USB cord and had locked all storage to remove the cord... There is no USB hooked up?

Not only can I not access any off my existing data, but I cannot download anything new, take a picture, etc..

I've Google searched and searched and can't find anything... Please help me!
