I wanna sell my droid razr and i wanna get rid of verizon service how do i do that

You have to cancel your service by calling customer service. If you want to keep your number, go to what carrier you want first and have them do LNP. Once your service is no longer active, you can sell your phone. But you will have to pay your early termination fee. If you don't, they'll lock your phone and prevent it from being activated by someone else. More like if you owe them money. But whatever you paid for will be credited back for the days of service you didn't use.
