Please help...

My Razr is totally frozen.... without a batt to pull I'm at a loss. I know I can do a reset with the power/volume down button but I can't even get phone to turn off....

Any suggestions??

When you did the hard reset (power/volume down) how long did you hold? I know it takes a minimum of 10 seconds but that should trigger the connection reset.
