I am having trouble with my Ally. The screen says ANDROID as when you first turn it on. I cant do anything with the phone. I need advice ASAP.

If the phone will turn off, you don't need to pull the battery. If it will not, you will need to pull the battery. Pulling the battery is just another way to turn off the phone.
