Please HELP!!!!!!

So my tb is messing up everytime I hit the back button or home button or anything to exit out of what I'm in the HTC Symbol comes on and its doing a refresh of my Widgets rakeing like 3 mins everytime ... Can someone help me please I'm.bout to throw my phone threw the wall!
