Please Help

I was in Liberty Toolbox and I hit the restore apps under app management. And now I am stuck in Motorola logo. I have tried to use Android system recovery but it will not install any of the ROMs I have on here. My cpu wont recognize it because I am stuck in boot up. What can I do to fix this?

Try wiping data and cache, or boot into bootloader and sbf.
