Please help

For some reason I can't get my phone to make a phone. My contacts in the app window is gone. I can receive calls but I can't dial out because I have no dialer.

I am running liberty Tom and using adw. I don't know what happened.

I even creates a new shortcut. Still nothing.

Did you adjust the screen density? If so set it back to stock and reset and see if that helps

I didn't touch any of that. It was working ans then I went to check my phone and it didn't work all of a sudden.

Would reinstalling the Tom fix it you think?

Tom? If the problem persit i would try reinstalling the rom.

The rom sorry. Stupid auto correction. Yea I think I will try reinstalling it and see of that helps.
