Please help!!! stuck in a crazy boot loop!!!!

Ok so i accidentally got stuck in a boot loop from the eclipse 2.1 ROM and now i cant boot. I tried RSD lite but my phone wont recognize that it is connected and RSD lite doesnt detect my device. I need my phone back. Im desperate here guys! please please please help me!
