please help... errors on boot up.

i would really like to salvage my files on the internal sd card of my razr HD. when i boot up, even in safe mode, it goes through a thousand screens that say unfortunately,

google play services....

com.google.process.gapps

android.process.acore

etc etc have stopped.

im replacing this junk phone anyways. i just really hope that i can salvage what is on the internal SD card.

Why did it start doing this? Have you made any mods or did it just give out?

You could try reflashing the same version you are on without wiping data... Or if it is unlocked you could try adb.
